Afgelopen week een weekend met mijn broers in Gdansk [ Polen ] geweest. Een mooie traditie om elk jaar als broers een weekend weg te zijn. Thuis gekomen maakte ik mij klaar voor mijn eerste bezoek aan het VU in Amsterdam. Ik besefte dat dit alweer het vierde ziekenhuis is in mijn strijd tegen de kanker-ratjes in mijn lijf. Na het Reinier de Graaf [ Delft ], het Erasmus MC [ Daniel den Hoed ] en het Franciscus in Rotterdam gaan we nu naar Amsterdam. Gelukkig blijft Prof. Dr. De Wit in Rotterdam mijn specialist, maar voor mogelijk bestralen hebben we de uitwijk naar het VU MC genomen. Op vrijdag ben ik samen met Annemieke en Margot onderweg.
